Hay guys! So i was sitting at the kitchen table for lunch when me and ma started talking about pulling up the rug in my room for my birthday. we had discussed this before but i'm a really bad procrastinator so i went by the mind set of "ill get to it" or "ill do it later". well iv been extremely creative since my anti-anxiety pill dosage had been increased slightly. so i asked her were the Utility knife was and i got to work.
Come to find out it was not only fun but the hard wood underneath was in amazing shape!. I didn't take up the whole room because i have so many heavy objects in my room and little space so i only took up the areas were i walk so i could get used to it.
I love it so far, but now i see why the people pay so much to do this! holy crap! My knees were so sore and my hands were red as a tomato! haha still fun non the less.
I also want a new bed because this one is a twin and since im a vary antsy sleeper, kicking, tossing and turning just wreaks my sheets and every thing else in the near vasinaty. Not to mention my sheets trying to kill me even now and then by entangling my legs in a vice grip. So i would like a larger bed with just a box spring and mattress. I don't like complicated and i think ma is finally getting that.
Every bed iv ever had gets squeaky and lose(because im a violent sleeper). The bed i have now is a metal and every thing you put on it no matter what clings and clings with every move you make. then you go to get comfortable and it squeaks witch makes me twitch every time it dose so.
So all in all im excited to get a new look in my room. we started a while ago with getting rid of the vile looking white and red theme. thank god. Now the look is purple and black which i love. I prefer dark color over light any day.
